A Demire Darkly by CalamityChemist A Demire Darkly by CalamityChemist
This is a headshot commission for *SweetlyPsychotic, of her lovely character Demire. What a smile! Haha, he was tons of fun to learn about and draw.

I hope she likes it, and I hope the rest of you do, too! ♥

Demire belongs to *SweetlyPsychotic

Love it^^ Especially the effects, btw how did you make the stain effects on him? I also work with photoshop but I've never been able to figure out how to make such effects.

Thanks! For the 'stained' look, I create textures that I then set as overlay layers on the painting. :> Sometimes I use multiply layers, soft light, and others--but most commonly, they're overlay.
