"Let the cold winds blow, let the years come and go. I'll wait for my true love...though she'll never know."
This picture was partially inspired by the song ‘Let the Cold Wind Blow’ ([link]
). I heard it a while back and the lyrics fit Carmori’s situation very well.QUICK BACK STORY--
He died two weeks before he was supposed to wed his fiancée, Mary. However, his ghost followed her as she mourned (pff, hopeless romantic), even though she couldn’t see or hear him. Unfortunately for him…he watched her fall in love with her childhood friend, who consoled her after Carmori’s death. They eventually married.
And so here he sits, on the night of her wedding to someone else, under the tree where they would always meet, and cries. :'ICRYBABY
This one was a paaain--but it was a good learning experience. c: Even if the coloring is disappointing, I was focusing more on expression/emotion anyway, and I’m happy about how that aspect turned out.
Hearts to you all!
